About the role

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at Futurice. You’ll join our highly collaborative, cross-functional teams, working closely with clients and users to co-create impactful, intuitive and accessible design solutions. We’re looking for someone who shares our excitement about digital experiences that have a positive impact on people’s lives.

What you will be responsible for

• Impactful Design: You will craft intuitive and engaging solutions that meet user needs, align with business and market strategies, and consider technical constraints.

• Leading efforts: As Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be a driving force identifying the "problem worth solving" and leading activities from discovery to implementation. You will coach and mentor client teams on design best practices across tooling, accessibility, process, and ways of working.

Skills we need in our team

• Experience working in a UX/UI, Product Design or similar role.
• Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and lean and agile product development environments.
• Expertise using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility best practices.
• Proficiency in research and validation activities (e.g. user and stakeholder interviews, secondary research, usability testing).
• Strong ability to articulate concepts, ideas, and rationale clearly and compellingly to colleagues and clients.
• Basic understanding of web front-end code is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, fluent in German

Compensation

Your complete compensation package will be discussed in detail during the recruitment process. Our salary model is designed to offer a range of levels based on three factors: skills, responsibilities and impact. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where every employee has the opportunity to thrive and advance in their career and become better versions of themselves.

During the initial interview round, we will discuss the salary range for this position. We offer a fixed salary with the possibility of performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
